Produced in the eastern portion of the Isonzo River valley, just below Julian Alps where the land is cooled by the winds blowing from the north, Rosé Ros’Alba displays distinctive aromas of fresh forest fruit, elderflower and acacia blossoms.
The quality of Rosé Ros’Alba begins from how the grapes are cared for in the vineyard. Its flavours tell loads about the wine region, and only the healthiest Refosco and Pinot Nero are hand harvested. In the winery, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks where it remains for seven months before being bottled.

Rosé Ros’Alba is a still rosé. It is mildly sweet, dry and refreshing in the mouth, and goes very well with fish dishes. It also complements flavourful cold cuts and Carne Salada a typical dish which features very lean, spiced meat, enhancing their flavour beautifully.
